KJK VIRTUAL PERFORMING ARTS EXPERIENCES
This is our chance for creative connection, for kids to interact through the arts from the comfort of our own homes and families to gather in excitement over shared entertainment.
Virtual offerings listed below will meet via Zoom classrooms. The link and password to the Zoom classroom will be shared with the students prior to the first day of class and will use the waiting room feature to allow the host to accept registered students into class each week.
Here are the exciting types of classes that KJK Productions is currently offering!
MASTER CLASSES
Join us for our 1-day master classes, which will focus on specific theatrical techniques taught by various professional performing artists. Master classes may include, but are not limited to, monologue coaching, audition preparation, voice acting, acting through song, stage make-up, puppetry, etc.
MUSICAL MINI-WORKSHOPS
In these musical mini-workshops, we will learn and appreciate songs, scenes and dance selections from popular musicals and movies. Each workshop will feature a different theme or musical for the session. Workshops meet twice a week sessions over two weeks (length of session depends on age group). These workshops will culminate in a virtual showcase for families to enjoy where each child will have the opportunity to be featured acting, singing, and dancing on screen. A parent meeting may be held before the workshop to discuss expectations for virtual showcase material.
TECHNIQUE & PERFORMANCE CLASSES
Each of these classes either emphasizes a different area of acting, improv, singing, and/or dancing technique and performance, or offers a grab-bag of these disciplines to work on storytelling skills and have fun! These classes meet for three 1-hour sessions over three weeks.
